This agent and her team are not only completely unhelpful, but they also seem to be uneducated and blatantly lie to their customers. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple answer - I have never dealt with insurance agents this bad. They not only don’t communicate but Tawney lied on multiple occasions along with being lazy and unhelpful."
